"The title track, "SING ME A STORY" was written from the perspective of our children. It touches on the guilt we sometimes feel, as mothers, having to leave at night to play shows, with a realization that they do understand and support us. The song is relatable to any working parent, who has to leave their children for hours at at time.
The choruses come from the questions my children ask about God and Heaven. Will we stay young forever in heaven? And wondering when Jesus will come down and bring us his peace. The song took about 20 minutes to write and I cried like a baby the whole time." Callie Guidry
